  1. Hello,
my Razer Nari Essential has a big problem.
Whenever I try to install Razer Synapse, it completely bugs out and loses connection to my PC.

Also, when I speak into the mic, Windows recognizes it like I’m talking in full volume, but in all talking apps like Viber, Discord and Messenger my friends can barely hear me, and they have me on max volume…

Also I can’t use the Firmware Updater because when I do it doesn’t recognize that I have plugged in my USB dongle so I can move on to the second step…

I can use my headset fine as an audio device though.
The problems start when I try to chat with the mic, or try to install Razer Synapse…

    Can you help me please…?
